Place your order with confidence! If within 60 days, you're not 100% satisfied with every product, we'll gladly replace any item without charge or refund your money, whichever you prefer. If a return becomes necessary, call us toll free at 1-800-728-9783 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Purchase Orders
We gladly accept purchase orders with an authorized signature via fax, mail, or online. If you are submitting a purchase order via fax, send it to 1-800-728-8891. Purchase orders may also be mailed to P.O. Box 14554, Scottsdale, AZ 85267. For existing customers who are in good credit standing, you can submit purchase orders online. For new customers, purchase orders may be submitted online only after your initial order is received via fax or mail.

Direct Shipments from Manufacturers
Please note that our Special Education Textbooks are boxed and shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you’ve placed an order that includes textbooks, then you will receive a separate shipment from the rest of your order.
